Q: Must I take a class, I dont have time to sit all day in a classroom?
A: No, you do not have to take a full day class, you can study at home and then make an appointment to take the exam any day of the week.
There are online study options in English and Spanish, you can study in the comfort of your own home.
Q: Are you a ServSafe, Prometric and/or National Registry of Food Safety Professionals proctor?
A: Yes, we can provide any of the three exams.
Q: Can I take the online Exam at home?
A: Yes, however a proctor must come to your house and be in the same room when you take the test. Travel fees apply
Q: Can I take the food safety course online?
A: Yes, there are courses you may purchase online for self study, but you still must hire a proctor to provide the exam.
Q: Does your company meet the Food Safety Managers certification requirements for California?
A: Yes, we are certified to teach and test throughout the United States including California.
Q: What is a Proctor?
A: A proctor is an authorized Exam Provider, someone who will ensure the test is “Closed Book”
Q: Do you really need a proctor for the Exam
A: Yes, all three companies require the test be properly and fairly provided to all.
Q: How many people are in each class?
A: My Petaluma Classroom will comfortably seat 25 people at a time
Q: Do you offer emergency certification testing?
A: Yes, if you need it now, I can help.
