Sonoma Food Safety Owner, Jeff Feldman has been a part of the food service industry since 1979.

Currently - Civilian Culinary Instructor - United States Coast Guard Food Service "A" School - Petaluma, CA.
Currently - Food Safety Instructor - Culinary Institute of America @ Greystone - St. Helena, CA.
Recognized by the International HACCP Alliance and Professional Food Safety LTD. Sonoma Food Safety is able provide Basic HACCP Training, Plan Development and Implementation. Certified Food Safety Instructor with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), a Registered Instructor with the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and an Administrator / Trainer with The National Registry of Food Service Professionals (NRFSP). Sonoma Food Safety is happy to offer individual or group Food Safety instruction.
